This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary enterprise implementation leader for the Judi Health migration, encompassing program strategy, governance, roadmap management, budget oversight, milestone tracking, executive reporting, risk management, and quantifiable outcomes.
• Lead collaborative efforts across departments to align financial, procedural, operational, technological, and client-related information for implementations, product launches, and client migrations.
• Foster enterprise-wide collaboration among product, technology, operations, finance, client services, legal, and compliance teams.
• Develop and enhance implementation and migration frameworks, which include pipeline assessments, cost estimations, resource planning, training, readiness evaluations, execution standards, quality controls, and lessons learned.
• Create and present strategic and operational communications for senior leadership, including presentations, status reports, and decision-making materials.
• Serve as a strategic consultant to clients, aligning migration strategies, implementation plans, technical capabilities, regulatory obligations, and business growth objectives.
• Convert complex client and business needs into actionable implementation and migration roadmaps.
• Participate in long-term enterprise strategic planning and suggest investments in technology, processes, operating models, and staffing.
• Utilize data, partner feedback, client experience insights, delivery metrics, and post-implementation results to facilitate continuous improvement.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 12 years of professional experience in Operations, Sales, or Information Technology, including at least 5 years in a client- or customer-facing role.
• At least 8 years of experience in leadership or people management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for a work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Capability to lead effectively within a matrixed enterprise environment.
• Robust program and project management skills, encompassing complex change initiatives, technology migrations, and process enhancements.
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management abilities.
• Strong decision-making and execution capabilities.
• Ability to build trust, respect, and credibility with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to consolidate multiple information sources into actionable plans.
• Capacity to balance client expectations, regulatory obligations, operational realities, technology limitations, financial discipline, and enterprise priorities.
• Preferred: MBA or another advanced degree.
• Preferred: Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management, specialty pharmacy, or managed care.
• Preferred: Background in business consulting.
• Preferred: Experience in leading complex enterprise implementations, migrations, or technology-driven transformation programs.
• Preferred: Experience in managing large-scale adjudication, platform migrations, or client-conversion projects.

• Potential salary ranging from $164,000.00 to $279,000.00 based on experience and skills.
