AVP Data & AI Technical Delivery Lead – Insurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete technical delivery process for data and AI projects, from conceptualization to implementation.

• Act as a reliable technical consultant and main contact for client stakeholders.

• Take charge of solution architecture and make critical technical design choices across data platforms.

• Manage relationships with stakeholders from both business and technical sides, including presentations to C-suite executives.

• Create and deliver technical solution presentations (PowerPoint) for both client and internal stakeholders.

• Provide guidance to teams on effective delivery strategies and contemporary AI-driven delivery methods.

• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams on proposals and technical solution development as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of overall experience, showcasing a proven history in leading data/AI delivery (at AVP, SAVP, or VP level).

• In-depth understanding of data structures within the insurance industry; experience with group insurance is highly desirable.

• Practical and architectural expertise in MS Fabric.

• Proficient in the MS Azure data ecosystem (including Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, etc.).

• Strong background in data modeling and data warehousing.

• Familiarity with agentic AI delivery methodologies and frameworks.

• Exceptional skills in PowerPoint and deck creation for executive and client presentations.

• Proven executive presence and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

• Residing on the East Coast (US) and willing to travel 20–30% of the time.
