This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Identify, cultivate, and finalize partnerships with both national and regional brokers/consultants.
• Establish and oversee relationships with broker leadership, producers, and practice leaders.
• Empower brokers to effectively position and sell Covera solutions to their employer clients.
• Create broker enablement strategies, encompassing training, materials, and co-selling methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with the broker ecosystem.
• Influence the integration of Covera solutions into broker benefit recommendations and portfolios.
• Provide insights on broker market dynamics to guide GTM strategy and partnerships.
• Represent Covera at industry events focused on brokers and consultants.
• Over 5 years of progressive leadership experience in go-to-market, business development, or commercial strategy within the healthcare, benefits, or digital health sectors.
• In-depth understanding of the broker/consultant landscape and their impact on employer decisions.
• Strong grasp of the employer benefits ecosystem, including large self-insured employers, brokers, TPAs, payers, etc. Familiarity with value-based care and reimbursement frameworks is highly preferred.
• Proven success in building and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals from initial prospecting to contract execution. History of achieving quota-carrying success.
• Demonstrated capability to design and implement GTM strategies from the ground up in rapidly scaling or developing environments.
• Experience in establishing channel partnerships and indirect sales strategies.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders, partners, and internal teams.
