AVP, Coding Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive coding support operations related to physician revenue cycle functions.

• Provide strategic guidance on quality, accuracy, productivity, and compliance initiatives.

• Lead and nurture high-performing teams, including leaders, educators, and coding specialists.

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to enhance workflows, utilize automation, and foster innovation.

• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain operational excellence and client satisfaction.

• Propel continuous improvement initiatives that emphasize efficiency, scalability, and measurable results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in medical coding, revenue cycle management, or healthcare operations.

• Proven track record of successfully leading large, multi-site, or remote coding teams.

• Extensive knowledge in physician revenue cycle management, coding workflows, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong background in driving quality improvement and optimizing productivity initiatives.

• Established ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technology, product, and operational leaders.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CPC, CCS, RHIA, RHIT) are highly preferred.
