This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Utilize your network to arrange meetings for senior brokers at Howden RE, focusing on business development initiatives throughout North America.
• Schedule 8–12+ high-value meetings weekly for senior RWI brokers and other key personnel within Howden, specifically in the RE sector.
• Design, implement, and report on a strategic and organized outreach plan targeting the North American RE sponsor, REIT, developer, and law firm landscape.
• Coordinate and participate in regional roadshows across U.S. and Canadian financial hubs, including pre-meeting preparations, collaboration with internal deal teams, and follow-up communications after meetings.
• Act as a representative for Howden Private Capital at industry conferences.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license is required (or the willingness to obtain one within 90 days of hire).
• Must be willing to travel up to 30–40% across North America for roadshows, client meetings, and industry events.
• Possess a solid understanding of RWI market dynamics in real estate, which includes banking, real estate private equity, brokerage, or a closely related transactional role.
• Experience in a fast-paced, producer-driven business development model where meeting volume and pipeline management are closely monitored.
