This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Assist in the implementation of program objectives and management goals, with a significant emphasis on Financial Planning, Managed Money, and the expansion of the Insurance business.
• Collaborate with the Regional Investment Director to achieve results across essential performance metrics, including growth in AUM, productivity levels, and advisor recruitment.
• Offer practical coaching and development to Financial Advisors to boost sales efficiency, strengthen client relationships, and enhance the uptake of fundamental solutions.
• Promote the consistent application of financial planning and advisory tools to ensure comprehensive client engagement and robust practice management discipline.
• Support the management of relationships with bank and credit union partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and aiding in the execution of growth initiatives.
• Identify potential opportunities within the advisor group through performance analysis and field observations; implement focused actions to enhance results.
• Aid in recruiting efforts by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier Financial Advisors into the program.
• Serve as a daily resource for advisors, assisting in resolving challenges, removing obstacles, and escalating complex issues as necessary.
• Help foster a strong risk and compliance culture by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and program policies.
• Contribute to a positive team environment that values accountability, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.
• Assist in change management initiatives by guiding advisors through evolving program strategies, tools, and expectations.
• Bachelor's Degree (with concentrations in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or other business-related disciplines)
• Over 5 years of experience in the Financial Services industry: Wholesaling, Financial Consulting, Coaching/Development – including at least 2 years in a leadership role within Financial Services.
• More than 5 years of experience using MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, and MS-Excel.
• Ability to travel regularly within this market to support program priorities.
