This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and develop thorough, classroom-focused courses that adhere to federal aviation security standards.
• Customize and modify U.S. best practices for aviation security training to align with specific legal authorities, operational contexts, language needs, and skill levels.
• Educate partners on the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of security threats.
• Develop practical frameworks and case studies related to airspace risk management.
• Undertake short-term Temporary Duty (TDY) travel to partner countries to conduct workshops.
• Produce and submit timely, high-quality technical reports, work plans, and evaluations.
• Over 10 years of experience in the Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS) or a related field.
• Proficient in Aviation Security.
• Proven track record in both administrative and operational management.
• Qualified to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring timely submission of necessary reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Established history of effective relationship building.
• Educational and senior management prerequisites may be substituted by additional years of law enforcement or overseas development experience.
• Independent Contractor role.
• Not classified as an employment relationship.
