This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Supervise and actively respond to corporate WhatsApp messages, emails, and phone calls, ensuring a swift response time (low SLA).
• Conduct initial outreach with candidates, validating basic information and scheduling interviews for clients.
• Provide support to corporate clients (companies) by updating job status and coordinating schedules in a professional and diplomatic manner.
• Keep the system (CRM/ATS) and control spreadsheets meticulously updated with the status of each job and candidate.
• Organize the recruiters' schedules by coordinating times between candidates and clients, quickly resolving any scheduling conflicts.
• Must have completed high school.
• Previous experience in customer success, relationship management, or support.
• Proficiency in communication through video, voice, and writing (WhatsApp).
• Mastery of digital tools (Google Workspace, Google meeting scheduling, Spreadsheets).
• Skill in using AI applied to customer service.
• Experience in managing success indicators (churn, NPS, engagement).
• Familiarity with ClickUp software.
• Ongoing or completed higher education in Communication, Psychology, Administration, or related fields.
• Completion of training courses focused on customer success and/or human behavior.
• Ability to instantly adjust tone and vocabulary as needed.
• Skill in handling pressure or negative situations in a calm and polite manner.
• Extreme Organization: Enjoy processes, checklists, and maintaining a digital "tidy house."
• Ability to perceive the real needs of the person on the other end of the line.
• Capability to multitask (responding to chats and checking schedules) without losing attention to detail.
