This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Deliver on-site technical assistance throughout Poland.
• Oversee escalated technical issues from front-line support, validating data, conducting in-depth analysis, and determining corrective measures.
• Offer both remote and on-site support to dealers and technical teams to guarantee prompt and effective vehicle repairs.
• Create clear and organized technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders, emphasizing risks, trends, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Track activity KPIs and signal early warning indicators regarding product or process complications.
• Contribute to the technical knowledge base and best practices, aiding the continuous improvement of Level 1 agents and workshops.
• Strong technical background in the automotive industry, with experience in diagnostics and complex repairs (dealer, workshop, or OEM environment).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze technical data, fault codes, and log files to pinpoint root causes and recurring vehicle issues.
• Proficient in translating OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and procedures into clear repair instructions for workshops.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; capable of explaining intricate technical subjects in an easily understandable manner.
