This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +38 more states.
• Engage with customers through phone, email, chat, and/or social media to address their inquiries or concerns.
• Effectively manage and de-escalate any issues in a calm manner.
• Refer interactions to higher authorities when necessary and suitable.
• Respond to assistance requests and/or facilitate payment processing as needed.
• Document all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide insights and feedback on call-related challenges.
• Upsell products or services when required.
• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Capable of typing a minimum of 25 words per minute.
• Proficient with desktop computer systems and possess general knowledge of Windows-based platforms.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
