Automotive Retail Sales Training Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for automotive retail sales associates and managers.

• Present a curriculum that emphasizes sales techniques, product knowledge, compliance, and best practices in customer experience.

• Tailor training delivery to accommodate various audiences and learning preferences.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and brand standards.

• Offer feedback and coaching to participants to reinforce learning outcomes.

• Keep accurate training records and report on participant progress and the effectiveness of the program.

• Remain updated on automotive industry trends, product developments, and retail sales strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in automotive retail sales, desking, and/or training facilitation.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct engaging training sessions in both classroom and virtual settings.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Capability to manage group dynamics and encourage interactive learning.

• Proficient in using virtual training platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Preferred: Experience with automotive OEM or dealership; certification in adult learning or training methodologies.
