This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
β’ Delivering on-site assistance, particularly in relation to electric buses.
β’ Overseeing escalated technical issues from front-line support, verifying information, conducting in-depth analyses, and determining corrective measures.
β’ Offering both remote and on-site support to dealers and technical teams to guarantee prompt and efficient vehicle repairs.
β’ Creating clear and structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders, emphasizing risks, trends, and areas needing improvement.
β’ Tracking activity KPIs (case aging, recurrence, fix-it-right-first-time) and signaling early warning signs regarding product or process challenges.
β’ Contributing to the technical knowledge base and best practices, facilitating the continuous development of Level 1 agents and workshops.
β’ Strong technical background in the automotive field with experience in diagnostics and complex repairs (in dealer, workshop, or OEM settings).
β’ Demonstrated ability to analyze technical data, fault codes, and log files to uncover root causes and recurring vehicle issues.
β’ Proficient in translating OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and procedures into straightforward repair instructions for workshops.
β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; capable of clarifying complex technical subjects in an easily understandable manner.
β’ Collaborative team player with a proactive approach, logical and curious mindset, able to function effectively in multi-market, multi-stakeholder environments.
