This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Identifying, designing, and delivering automations that minimize manual work and enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
• Designing and implementing end-to-end workflows using platforms such as Workato and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Building integrations between SaaS platforms, cloud databases, and internal systems using APIs, JSON data transformation, and webhooks.
• Developing RPA solutions for processes that cannot be directly integrated via APIs.
• Introducing AI-enabled intelligent steps in workflows (utilizing Gemini, Copilot, or internal LLM endpoints) for text classification, summarization, and data extraction.
• Creating reusable automation components, custom connectors, templates, and patterns to accelerate pipeline delivery.
• Monitoring automation performance, troubleshooting cloud flow issues, and optimizing workflows to improve scalability and maintainability.
• Documenting automated solutions and operational procedures clearly.
• Establishing governance and best practices around automation while evaluating new technologies to enhance the landscape.
• At least **3 years** of experience in similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise-level integration and workflow automation platforms, such as Workato, Power Automate, Mulesoft, n8n.
• Strong expertise in delivering cloud workflow automation and production-grade system integration.
• Technical fluency in REST APIs, webhooks, data payloads (JSON/XML), and authentication protocols (OAuth, API keys).
• Deep familiarity with event-driven architectures and modern system integration patterns.
• Practical knowledge of handling API inputs/outputs with LLMs and formatting structured prompts within workflows.
• Hybrid coding skills: Ability to write Python or JavaScript for data array cleaning, JSON analysis, and complex workflow logic manipulation.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A hands-on "builder" mindset, focusing on automation that delivers real value to the business.
• Ability to clearly document technical procedures and establish governance.
