• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows and RPA solutions utilizing Rewst.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process maps, solution design documents, and test trackers.

• Leverage AI and emerging automation technologies to enhance delivery efficiency and foster innovation.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of automation delivery frameworks, standards, and methodologies.

• Assist in pre-sales activities by helping with project scoping, effort estimation, and timeline planning.

• Diagnose automation issues and offer optimization recommendations.

• Collaborate across technical and operational teams to ensure effective automation implementation.

• Ensure that automation solutions adhere to quality, scalability, and security standards.

• Over 3 years of experience in deploying RPA or automation solutions in a customer-oriented setting.

• Practical experience with one or more RPA or low-code automation platforms like UiPath, Power Automate, or similar technologies.

• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and automation best practices.

• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Jinja, or similar.

• Experience in utilizing AI tools to enhance or expedite automation development workflows.

• Strong skills in business process mapping, analysis, and optimization.
