• Design and enhance workflow automations utilizing platforms such as n8n, Make, or comparable tools.
• Integrate AI solutions with CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, and GoHighLevel through APIs and webhooks.
• Craft prompts and conversational flows that ensure AI interactions are personable and centered on sales.
• Diagnose automation problems, debug workflows, and enhance system functionality.
• Manage client onboarding processes and address support inquiries directly.
• Work collaboratively with the founder on innovative automation strategies and feature enhancements.
• Evaluate workflow performance and consistently refine AI behavior and conversion metrics.
• Keep documentation updated for automations, integrations, and client setups.
• Practical experience with workflow automation tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Proficient in interpreting technical API documentation and resolving integration challenges.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or GoHighLevel.
• Experience with prompt engineering for conversational AI or sales-oriented AI workflows.
• Understanding of outbound sales processes, SMS marketing campaigns, follow-up automation, and lead nurturing strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
• Ability to engage directly with clients in a dynamic startup atmosphere.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and adapt swiftly to evolving priorities.
• Experience in creating AI voice agents or AI personnel.
• Familiarity with OpenAI APIs, conversational AI platforms, or LLM workflows.
• Knowledge of sales psychology and effective sales scripts.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
• Basic knowledge of scripting or programming languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.).
