This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

• Creation of internal tools and services utilizing n8n, HubSpot, and custom-coded solutions.

• Streamlining manual processes through AI, APIs, and contemporary SaaS applications.

• Development of internal platforms for Support, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success.

• Evaluation of internal workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.

• Close teamwork with all departments to reduce repetitive tasks.

• Designing custom agents and refining them for the DACH region.

• Background in software engineering: proficiency in coding, API comprehension, data model understanding, and issue debugging.

• Significant experience with n8n and other automation platforms – adept at determining when to use n8n versus implementing a small service in code.

• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.

• Strong grasp of practical software development and rapid iteration techniques.

• AI-focused: tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Agents, and LLM APIs are within your skill set – or you are keen to incorporate them.

• High sense of responsibility and a proactive mindset.

• A strong growth-oriented mindset.

• Native German speaker (DACH focus – responsible for optimizing agents for this area) with good English proficiency.
