Automation Developer, Kissflow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Comprehensive Build: Configure intake forms, intricate approval routing, conditional logic, and role-based permissions within Kissflow.

• Data Framework: Design data structures and field mapping to guarantee clean, reliable reporting throughout all workflow stages.

• Swift Iteration: Quickly implement changes based on business analyst specifications and feedback from stakeholders. We prioritize the ability to rapidly ship iterations.

• Technical Diagnostics: Identify and address issues related to routing logic, permissions, and edge cases.

• Documentation: Develop clear configuration notes and maintenance guidance for each delivered workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Tool Proficiency: Practical experience with low-code workflow automation. While Kissflow is preferred, significant experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce Flow, Microsoft Power Automate, or Airtable is also valued.

• Automation Principles: A strong understanding of roles/permissions, routing rules, service level agreements (SLAs), and data integrity.

• Execution Skills: The capability to transform written specifications into a production-ready workflow with minimal supervision.

• Communication Skills: Proficient in clear, professional English. Able to articulate technical logic and document processes effectively.

• Availability: Willingness to overlap with US business hours for essential meetings and real-time collaboration.
