Automation & AI Manager – Praktikum

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support in the establishment and maintenance of automation and optimization workflows across various business areas – from operations to sales, design, and development; for instance, creating internal dashboards, automating repetitive processes, conducting data analyses, and generating reports – accomplished using tools like n8n, Zapier, Retool, as well as Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and other AI tools along with their APIs.

• Participation in data extraction and integration from diverse platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Shopify, and other SaaS tools.

• General active support to other team areas with the aim of further optimizing processes and enhancing overall efficiency within the company.

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial experience or a strong interest in analyzing, structuring, and redeveloping processes – from understanding the business objective to delivering the final solution.

• Some experience with automation tools like Zapier and/or n8n is an advantage.

• Interest in working with AI tools and their APIs (e.g., Claude API, OpenAI API) as well as no-code integrations; knowledge of Claude Code or similar developer tools is beneficial.

• Basic knowledge of working with SaaS platforms such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, or Shopify is a plus.

• Structured, independent working style with a good understanding of business processes.

• Experience with Retool or similar tools is advantageous.

• Good communication skills in German and/or English.

• Enrolled student or graduate, ideally with a connection to business, computer science, or a related field.

• Availability for a minimum of 3 months full-time.
