This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Investigate claims-related issues and provide assistance to damage personnel and utility company field technicians.
• Negotiate settlements with damage parties and insurance companies when applicable.
• Review claim details and request or research additional reference materials to finalize the claim documentation.
• Submit subrogation packages to insurance companies.
• Handle dispute resolution and address objections from damage parties.
• Input data into specialized claims management systems.
• Monitor fees, as well as closed and open claims, along with other claims-related information.
• Insurance Adjuster License (must secure the license within 4 months of assuming the role).
• Strong computer proficiency, with familiarity in using Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Experience in negotiation skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent attendance history.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Must have access to a high-speed internet connection from home.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus!
