Auto Glass Installation Technician, Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop with an emphasis on safety, quality, and outstanding customer service.

• Ensure customer vehicles are cleaned after each service.

• Recalibrate automotive safety systems, including troubleshooting and conducting diagnostic tests.

• Skillfully use Safelite's tools and technologies.

• Safely drive company and customer vehicles during the workday.

• Interact with all scheduled customers in-person, through text, and over the phone; present, promote, and sell Safelite promotional products and services to customers.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent is preferred.

• Valid state-issued driver's license and any other necessary licenses (as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations) to operate a company vehicle.

• Safelite SafeTech™ certification is required.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
