This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop detailed assessments of damages for both 1st and 3rd party material damage claims
• Establish the appropriate resolution for material damage claims
• Exhibit strong estimating principles for material damage losses
• Utilize knowledge of company policy types
• Negotiate settlements and issue settlement payments within authorized limits
• Record all claim-related activities in the file
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and equitable claims practices
• Foster effective relationships with both internal and external customers
• Primarily manage collision-related claims in a fast-paced, competitive market
• Operate independently while keeping thorough documentation
• Previous experience in auto field adjusting
• Valid active adjuster license
• Excellent negotiation skills, especially with repair shops
• Preferred experience with CCC estimating
• Capability to work autonomously
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities
• Knowledge of estimating fundamentals
• Basic understanding of all policy types offered by the company
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Authorization to work in the United States
