Auto Damage Trainee – Field

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Offer reassurance and solutions to customers following accidents

• Evaluate and assess vehicle damages

• Provide estimates for vehicle repair costs and create detailed reports

• Negotiate fair settlements

• Collaborate with body shops, rental agencies, and parts suppliers

• Consult with all parties involved and examine insurance agreements

• Oversee the management of rental vehicles

• Address customer issues and ensure a satisfactory experience

• Enhance customer satisfaction through impactful interactions

• Complete training in a designated territory that includes San Jose, Gilroy, Watsonville, and Santa Cruz, California

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior customer-facing experience is preferred

• Experience in high-volume call centers with key performance indicators and measurable targets is preferred

• An active Adjusters license is preferred

• A High School Diploma or GED is required

• A valid driver's license that meets company underwriting guidelines is required

• Strong skills in customer service, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and empathy

• Must be adaptable and detail-oriented

• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks across different platforms

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
