This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, examine insurance policies, assess vehicle conditions, create estimates, and oversee rental car arrangements.
• Address customer inquiries, guaranteeing a favorable experience.
• Enhance customer satisfaction through impactful interactions.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Background in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable targets is advantageous.
• An active Adjusters license is preferred (training and exam costs covered).
• A High School Diploma or GED is required; a College degree is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license that complies with company underwriting standards is necessary.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy abilities are essential.
• Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing and multitasking across various platforms.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
