This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of complex repair challenges, assessing the precision and quality of claims processing and estimation tasks.
• Utilize enhanced judgment, independence, and accountability to bolster customer satisfaction, repair standards, and operational productivity.
• Oversee repair quality involving greater intricacies, acting as a bridge among repair shops, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Detect patterns, address escalated concerns, and provide valuable insights to management while ensuring that repairs align with quality and service benchmarks.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience (preferred) with an auto estimating program like CCC One, alongside a solid background in damage analysis.
• Knowledge of automotive technical repairs within a collision repair environment, including familiarity with repair methods, processes, and the ability to identify related and unrelated damages.
• A designated workspace at home that is private and free from interruptions.
• An internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 MB and an upload speed of 5 MB.
