This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

• Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections in line with Manheim's inspection standards.

• Safely locate, start, move, inspect, and return vehicles on dealer client lots.

• Confirm vehicle identification, VINs, mileage, sub‑series, and options; ensure precise system entry.

• Assess and document the exterior condition of vehicles, including tires, frame, glass, panels, and mechanical components.

• Evaluate and document the interior condition, including seating, dashboard, and installed options.

• Conduct basic mechanical assessments across powertrain, drivetrain, and electrical components.

• Identify and record any damage, missing components, or non-functional features.

• Establish trust with dealer clients through consistent quality, professionalism, and responsiveness.

• Inform clients about the advantages of Manheim Marketplace and mobile inspection services.

• Actively engage with dealers to boost inspection volume and ensure ongoing participation.

• Utilize Salesforce.com for reporting, lead management, and tracking customer performance.

• Work collaboratively with Wholesale Specialists, peers, and other Manheim teams to foster client success.

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Basic automotive knowledge is preferred (both body and mechanical).

• 0–1 years of experience in the automotive field is preferred.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is necessary.

• Capability to meet the physical and mental demands of the position within required timeframes.
