📋 Description

• Technical Negotiation: Engage in phone discussions to negotiate intricate supplements and repair logic with body shops, ensuring that estimates align with carrier guidelines while fostering a professional relationship.

• High-Volume Execution: Oversee a fast-paced desk, ensuring quality is maintained while achieving or surpassing a target of 10–16 claims daily.

• Technical Defense: Leverage CCC One and other estimating platforms to create fair and accurate estimates that restore vehicles to their pre-loss condition based on photographic evidence, supporting your repair decisions with data and rationale.

• Documentation Excellence: Keep precise, real-time records of all interactions with both internal and external customers, guaranteeing clarity and adherence to processes.

• Adaptability: Show the capacity to shift between various carrier workflows while consistently maintaining a polished and professional tone in both written and verbal communications.

• Professional Conduct: Represent Snapsheet and our carrier partners effectively by navigating technical challenges with diplomacy, accuracy, and strict compliance with established guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: Preferred 3–6 years of experience in handling auto physical damage claims.

• Proven Volume (Required): Carrier/IA Desk: Demonstrated ability to manage 10–16 desk reviews daily or experience in high-volume CAT deployments.

• Carrier/IA (Field): Proven track record of successfully overseeing 6-10 field estimates per day.

• Shop: Established history of personal responsibility for over $100k in monthly individual sales.

• Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience in CCC One is a requirement.

• Market Experience: We prefer candidates with experience in competitive, high-volume metropolitan markets (e.g., Dallas, Chicago, Tampa).
