This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and verify the facts surrounding losses related to both basic and complex automobile accidents.

• Assess coverage, liability, and the extent of damages.

• Adjust and negotiate claims within the established limits of authority.

• Assume full accountability for claims management from inception to resolution.

• Collaborate with fraud or subrogation representatives to secure optimal outcomes.

• Identify and assess vehicle body components and potential property damage.

• Recognize and address customer requirements by employing suitable customer service techniques.

• Evaluate the potential for subrogation or fraud and determine appropriate handling procedures.

• Utilize a moderate understanding of company policies and industry insurance regulations.

• Examine all facets of auto claims, encompassing coverage, damages, and subrogation.

• Exercise judgment and independence within an expanded level of authority.

• Excellent customer service abilities and skills in multitasking.

• Capability to take complete ownership of claims from start to finish.

• Highly organized, proactive, and communicative in a remote work setting.

• Proficiency in multitasking effectively within a fast-paced environment.

• Intermediate knowledge of insurance policies and industry standards.

• Familiarity with vehicle body parts and the potential for property damage.

• Ability to investigate the coverage, damages, and subrogation elements of auto claims.

• Authorization to work in the United States; note that the company does not provide sponsorship for work visas.

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace.

• Suitable desk and seating arrangements for remote work.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
