This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Comprehensive literature review: You will perform extensive research on current professional literature, as well as evidence-based techniques and best practices.
• Creation of practical training materials: You will develop subject-specific learning resources for managers in social service organizations based on existing frameworks or collaboratively designed structures.
• Continuous enhancement of educational content: You will play an active role in the strategic advancement of our training programs by identifying industry-specific trends and best practices and incorporating them into the courses.
• Leadership experience and professional qualifications: You have served as a pedagogical manager or team leader at a social service provider and possess several years of practical leadership experience.
• Educational background: A completed degree in Social Work, Social or Curative Education, Educational Sciences, Psychology, Management in Social Services, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
• Proficient language skills: You possess excellent written communication abilities and a strong aptitude for creating texts that are suitable for the target audience and user-friendly.
• Quality-focused: You work meticulously and with attention to detail, ensuring that all content adheres to the highest professional and linguistic standards.
• Reliability: You demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and the capability to work accurately and independently, adhering to agreements and deadlines.
• Collaborative and organizational skills: You will work closely with our product development team.
