This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes as well as data integrations that support Revenue Cycle operations.

• Assist in report development and data extraction to fulfill business and operational requirements.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Diagnose and resolve issues throughout the ETL, reporting, and application layers.

• Oversee and maintain scheduled workflows and system processes.

• Ensure the accuracy, performance, and integrity of data across various systems.

• Provide support for ongoing system enhancements and process improvements.

• Familiarity with hospital Revenue Cycle operations, including patient accounting, billing, and claims processes.

• At least 3 years of extensive experience in building, debugging, and optimizing SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in .NET C# web application development.

• At least 3 years of experience in developing SSRS reports, including matrix and structured report layouts.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in managing and monitoring enterprise workflows, preferably with JAMS Scheduler.

• Active Epic Hospital Billing (HB) Clarity Report Writer certification.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.

• Effective communication skills for interaction with both technical and business teams.
