This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in broadening our training offerings related to foster child welfare / full‑time foster care (in accordance with § 33 SGB VIII).
• Curriculum and topic development: Participate in the collaborative creation and continuous enhancement of a curriculum and topic framework for foster child welfare / full‑time foster care.
• Comprehensive literature research: Perform thorough investigations of contemporary professional literature alongside evidence‑based methods and best practices.
• Development of practice-oriented training content: Create subject-specific educational materials for professionals engaged in foster child welfare, utilizing existing concepts or collaboratively established frameworks.
• Editing/Proofreading: Refine existing texts both in terms of language and subject matter accuracy.
• Quality assurance: Guarantee the clear and accurate presentation of content, ensuring that texts are linguistically flawless and technically precise.
• Enhancement of learning materials: Actively participate in the strategic improvement of our training programs by recognizing sector-specific trends and best practices and incorporating them into the courses.
• Professional qualification: You possess a degree in Social Work, Social or Curative Education, Childhood or Special Education, Educational Sciences, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Additional qualification or extensive experience in trauma, attachment, psychological challenges in childhood, or similar fields is a plus.
• Practical experience: Experience in foster child welfare (full‑time foster care under § 33 SGB VIII) or related areas of child and youth welfare is highly desired.
• Language skills: You exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication abilities and a keen awareness of target‑group-appropriate and user-friendly text formulation.
• Quality awareness: You demonstrate precision and attention to detail, ensuring that all content adheres to the highest professional and linguistic standards.
• Reliability: You show a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work accurately and independently, adhering to commitments and deadlines.
• Team and organizational skills: You work closely with our product development team and collaborate effectively with other team members.
