This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Carry out surveillance, accreditation, and re-accreditation audits at training providers within your assigned region.
• Evaluate facilities and technical equipment in accordance with NiSV standards utilizing internal checklists.
• Review safety-related factors (e.g., warning notices, hygiene, and safety protocols) based on internal checklists.
• Analyze training and examination documentation (course syllabi, instructor and physician qualifications, participant and exam records) as per internal checklists.
• Conduct professional and didactic assessments of practical training content following internal checklists.
• Identify and document any non-conformities.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to the certification program management.
• Collaborate closely with the leadership of the certification program.
• In-depth knowledge of non-ionizing radiation regulations (NiSV).
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in cosmetic and device-based treatment applications.
• State-recognized cosmetologist/cosmetician qualification.
• Extensive hands-on experience in relevant NiSV competencies.
• Preferred: Understanding of pedagogical principles related to training concepts for device-based cosmetic procedures.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17024 and quality-assured testing methodologies.
• Experience in adult education, medical technology, or regulated close-contact personal services.
• Background in evaluating training materials and qualification documentation.
• Proven experience in conducting audits or inspections.
• Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to work.
• Excellent documentation capabilities.
• Professional and confident demeanor during audits and technical discussions.
• A responsible position within certification and audit operations.
