Auditor – Measures and Provider Approvals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct evaluations and audits at educational and training providers

• Evaluate approvals for various measures (programs)

• Review provider documentation and measures as part of the approval process

• Document findings in audit and evaluation reports

• Prepare well-founded assessment reports for our internal decision-making process

• Communicate with providers to clarify inquiries or request additional information

• Collaborate with the certification authority regarding certification decisions

• Provide expert input to enhance our audit methodology

• Optionally participate in special cases, expert opinions, or appeals procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience with an AZAV-approved provider is required — preferably in a significant role (e.g., program/measure manager, site manager, quality management responsible person, or similar)

• Alternatively, experience with another accredited or competent body is acceptable

• Strong knowledge of SGB III, AZAV, and operational processes within provider organizations

• Proficient in using digital applications (MS Office, CRM systems, standard software)

• Excellent written proficiency in German
