This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conducting evaluations and audits at educational institutions.
• Assessing approval measures.
• Reviewing program and provider documentation as part of the approval processes.
• Documenting audit and evaluation reports.
• Creating well-founded assessment reports for our internal decision-making process.
• Communicating with providers to clarify inquiries or to request missing content.
• Collaborating with the certification body regarding certification decisions.
• Providing expert input for the further development of our assessment system.
• Optional participation in special cases, statements, or objection procedures.
• You work analytically, structured, and responsibly—both independently and as part of a team.
• You possess strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and diplomatic finesse.
• You are proficient in the use of digital applications (MS Office, CRM, standard software).
• You have excellent written communication skills in German.
• A background in education, administrative technology, or business management is advantageous.
• At least 3 years of professional experience with an approved provider according to AZAV is required—ideally in a responsible role (e.g., as a program manager, site manager, quality management responsible, etc.).
• Alternatively, experience with another qualified body.
• In-depth knowledge of SGB III, AZAV, and operational processes in provider organizations.
