This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Review preliminary documents provided by clients or suppliers (policies, records, licenses, employee lists, contracts)
• Assist in identifying social and labor risks, taking into account local legislation and responsible purchasing standards
• Organize the logistics of the audit: site contact, scheduling, interviews, and documentation needs
• Conduct guided inspections of the facilities, accompanying senior auditors/leaders
• Collect objective evidence related to: Working Conditions, Occupational Health and Safety, Working Hours, Compensation and Benefits, Child Labor/Young Apprentice, Forced Labor, Freedom of Association, Disciplinary Practices, Ethical Conduct
• Participate in individual and group interviews with workers, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards
• Document photographic, written, and observational evidence in a clear and organized manner
• Support the analysis of compliance with legal criteria and corporate standards
• Assist in identifying Non-Conformities (NCs), observations, and best practices
• Help in the preparation of audit reports, describing findings factually, objectively, and based on evidence
• Update spreadsheets, systems, and audit platforms (e.g., Sedex, ICS Portal, among others)
• Participate in the technical review of texts, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines
• Support the lead auditor in the opening and closing meetings
• Assist in communicating findings to the client and involved parties in a professional and impartial manner
• Respond to requests for additional information post-audit
• Document corrective actions proposed by the audited parties
• Assist in collecting evidence for follow-up verification
• Support monitoring the status of NCs on specific platforms
• Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent education in: Administration, Social Sciences, Industrial or Environmental Engineering, Management, or Occupational Health and Safety
• Minimum professional experience of 3 years, preferably in: Human Resources, Compliance, Supply Chain Management, Labor Relations, Ethical Business Practices, Industrial Environment
• Advanced Office Suite and Internet skills
• Intermediate English proficiency
• ISO 9001 certification or similar certifications related to audits
