Audit Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic planning, execution, and conclusion of operational and financial audits.

• Supervise audit teams to ensure high-quality performance and timely results.

• Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to management.

• Provide coaching, mentorship, and immediate feedback to enhance the skills of audit staff.

• Assist with special projects and the ongoing enhancement of audit methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit, public accounting, or a comparable field.

• Strong grasp of financial and operational processes.

• CPA, CIA, or similar certification is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and implement practical business solutions.

• Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to influence and engage stakeholders.

• Experience in fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities.
