• Oversee the audit engagement team while providing guidance and coaching.

• Develop a flexible, risk-oriented audit plan that fulfills regulatory obligations.

• Ensure high-quality, efficient, and effective assurance while encouraging business managers to enhance controls.

• Lead and mentor the audit team to complete audits within budget and deadlines.

• Utilize audit methodologies and tools effectively.

• Manage key stakeholders throughout the audit process.

• Provide assurance for significant change initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A seasoned internal auditor or risk manager with substantial experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Asset Management.

• Strong foundation in risk management principles.

• A detail-oriented investigative approach.

• Proven ability to lead a team in executing projects while maintaining strict control over budget, timeline, and quality.

• A proactive attitude towards identifying and fostering talent.

• An anticipatory mindset for recognizing emerging risks and focal areas.

• Capability to support and supervise a team through coaching, constructive feedback, and development.

• Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, including the confidence to engage and challenge senior stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory requirements affecting Private Banking and Wealth Management.
