Audit Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Provide technical and soft-skill audit content to clients through various formats such as training sessions, conferences, seminars, or webinars.

• Create and evaluate course material for a range of audit and consulting services.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance audit efficiency during consulting engagements.

• Travel to seminar locations, typically ranging from 40 to 60 days each year.

• Stay informed on audit standards and act as a subject matter expert.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience within an accounting firm at the manager, senior manager, or partner level.

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory, while an advanced degree is preferred.

• CPA or an equivalent professional certification is required.

• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; previous experience in teaching or training is an advantage.

• Capability to meet deadlines set by both internal teams and clients.

• Strong writing skills, encompassing presentation creation and technical documentation.

• A self-motivated individual with the discipline to work remotely as part of a virtual team.

• Familiarity with the PPC audit methodology is highly regarded.
