Audit Analyst, Freight Audit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Evaluate client data and establish the necessary systems for effective shipment audits.

• Detect complex issues within data and rectify operational errors to ensure continuous workflow.

• Collaborate closely with IT departments to develop intelligent business rules and revise technical documentation.

• Communicate directly with clients to assist them in configuring our tools to meet their unique business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in an analyst role.

• You have strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate level) and enjoy engaging with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and exhibit strong analytical abilities.

• You demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, quick learning, and composure under time constraints.

• Familiarity with JIRA is an advantage.

• Previous experience in the logistics or transportation sector is a plus.
