• Over 6 years of hands-on AV systems integration experience with a strong emphasis on Crestron programming (SIMPL, SIMPL+, and/or C# / VC-4).
• Demonstrated experience in developing, modifying, and troubleshooting Crestron control systems in complex environments.
• Familiarity with Extron control systems (Global Configurator, Global Scripter, or similar).
• Comprehensive understanding of AV system architecture, signal flow, and system integration.
• Solid knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, IP addressing) as it relates to AV systems.
• AVIXA CTS certification preferred (CTS-I or CTS-D is a plus).
• Manufacturer certifications (Crestron, Extron) are highly sought after.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with experience in government or secure environments preferred.
• Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
