• Develop and implement role-play-based evaluation scenarios that replicate realistic customer service interactions across various domains.

• Assist in creating diverse and representative datasets utilized for assessing conversational audio agents.

• Assess model performance using a standardized set of qualitative and quantitative metrics.

• Ensure evaluations align with genuine customer expectations regarding clarity, efficiency, and a natural conversational flow.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in a simulated customer support setting.

• Proficiency in English, demonstrating fluency in all language skills: reading, listening, writing, and speaking.

• Access to a high-quality microphone to guarantee clean and reliable audio input during evaluations.

• Comfort in working with structured prompts, evaluation rubrics, and technical guidelines.

• A device capable of running audio recording software and opening extensive technical documentation.
