Audience Development Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance audience growth, engagement, and retention across various digital platforms and channels.

• Assess audience interactions, engagement metrics, and performance data to measure effectiveness and pinpoint trends, deficiencies, and areas for enhancement.

• Utilize insights gained from data analysis and testing to refine targeting, messaging, timing, and channel selection while adhering to established guidelines and best practices.

• Oversee audience-facing distribution activities, including content promotion, channel optimization, and campaign assistance, to boost reach and engagement.

• Aid in the creation and modification of audience-related assets, workflows, and documentation to ensure consistent execution on a global scale.

• Track and report on audience growth and engagement metrics, preparing summaries and recommendations to guide continuous optimization.

• Ensure that tasks are completed in compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Content, and Customer-focused departments to align audience strategies with wider engagement and growth objectives.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required to meet business needs.

• Preferred relevant experience in a related position or a suitable combination of training, education, and experience.

• Capability to analyze audience, engagement, or performance data and convert findings into actionable insights.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to exercise judgment within established guidelines and processes.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills conducive to cross-functional collaboration.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines in a structured environment.

• Proficiency with common digital platforms, analytics tools, and reporting methods utilized to monitor audience performance.

• Proficiency in German is preferred but not required.
