Audience Development Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage potential clients through various outreach methods, such as cold calling, emailing, and utilizing social media to enhance engagement and participation.

• Discover, propose, and secure event opportunities while aiding in the recruitment of a qualified audience.

• Keep meticulous records of leads, client interactions, and updates within the CRM system.

• Address client inquiries and promptly resolve customer service issues or concerns with professionalism.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to facilitate retention and uncover new business opportunities.

• Exhibit professionalism and a client-centric approach during all phases of the registration process.

• Work collaboratively with team members to share insights, enhance client engagement initiatives, and achieve collective outcomes.

• Attend regular team meetings to share updates, provide feedback, and contribute to continual process enhancements.

• A college degree is preferred.

• Proficient English skills in both speaking and writing are essential.

• Excellent and engaging communication abilities, with the confidence to effectively pitch to C-Level Executives and high-level decision-makers.

• A competitive spirit, motivated to exceed expectations and outperform colleagues.

• Capacity to swiftly acquire knowledge on a variety of topics.

• Self-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Proven customer service skills, demonstrating a creative, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
