AU Credit Analyst, Parabroker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Reviewing client profiles along with supporting documentation to perform initial assessments. These assessments encompass lender policy research, borrowing capacity (Quickly serviceability), and evaluations of funding positions.

• Analyzing financial statements and payslips.

• Cross-referencing lender policies to identify solutions.

• Completing calculations for lender serviceability, postcodes, and lender mortgage insurance.

• Engaging with lenders and their credit assessors, as well as business development managers, to discuss lending policies, loan scenarios, and structuring of loans.

• Preparing product comparison reports and providing lender recommendations based on an assessment of the customer's financial circumstances.

• Supporting the Finance Broker in ensuring that all compliance obligations are fulfilled.

• Communicating with key stakeholders, including lenders, real estate agents, solicitors, and accountants.

• Drafting lender submission notes and loan structures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the Australian mortgage broking sector as a credit analyst or Parabroker.

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Broker Engine or Sales Trekker and Applyonline.

• Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.

• Proficient in managing workloads and prioritizing tasks as needed to meet deadlines.

• Strong English comprehension and fluency, with a keen focus on grammar and spelling; a proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
