• Conduct the assessment, consolidation, and critical analysis of tax liability compositions with PGFN, RFB, and other entities.
• Structure negotiations by simulating scenarios, analyzing bids/methodologies, and providing support for strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and review Revenue Declarations, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax data.
• Lead the review of economic capacity through the analysis of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and debt levels, identifying reclassification opportunities.
• Create payment capacity reports with accounting and economic justification to secure better negotiation terms.
• Collaborate with the Legal, Tax, and Financial departments to align strategies and ensure information consistency.
• Monitor installment plans, active transactions, and compliance with related ancillary obligations.
• Assist in supporting reports and positions in response to administrative inquiries.
• Experience in analyzing financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow).
• Technical proficiency in preparing reports and accounting justifications.
• Knowledge of tax compliance routines and ancillary obligations.
• Skill in organizing and validating accounting documents for federal agencies.
• Relevant prior experience with tax transactions involving PGFN (preferred).
• Expertise in CAPAG review processes (preferred).
• Experience in specialized consulting or law firms with a strategic focus (preferred).
• Familiarity with tax credit recovery projects (preferred).
