Senior Automation Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Design and implement small-scale internal solutions and MVPs, including forms, automation, basic dashboards, and functional prototypes;

• Establish data ingestion, processing, and visualization workflows;

• Facilitate the automation of manual tasks using low-code/no-code platforms or straightforward coding;

• Develop fundamental login interfaces, forms, and monitoring dashboards;

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translating their needs into effective solutions;

• Conduct testing, documentation, and iterative refinement of solutions based on user feedback;

• Assist with the maintenance and minor enhancements of existing solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Understanding of programming principles;

• Proficiency in PHP, Node.js, and JavaScript;

• Experience with both relational and non-relational database systems;

• Knowledge of forms, APIs, and integrations;

• Capability to utilize observability tools to identify incidents and proactively address them;

• Familiarity with version control systems (experience with Git is advantageous);

• A curious mindset, enthusiastic about learning and experimenting with various solutions;

• Skill in transforming business challenges into straightforward, practical solutions;

• Organized, responsible, and possessing strong communication skills to engage with non-technical teams;

• Comfortable working with MVPs, prototypes, and incremental advancements.
