This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices, credit notes, and make necessary account adjustments.
• Manage payment allocations, uphold customer accounts, and address any billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee precise and timely invoicing.
• Process invoices from suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring correctness and obtaining requisite approvals.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate any discrepancies in invoices.
• Handle employee expense claims as well as client-rechargeable costs.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts through phone calls and emails.
• Keep records of collections and payment commitments.
• Look into disputed invoices and aid in account resolutions.
• Execute reconciliations for both customers and suppliers.
• Assist with month-end activities, including reporting, audits, and management of financial records.
• Address finance-related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to daily finance operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, or Finance Administration.
• Comprehensive understanding of invoicing, reconciliations, and credit control procedures.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in accounting/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in facilities services, maintenance, commercial cleaning, or similar contract-based environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with Australian accounting standards, GST regulations, and month-end processes.
• Experience managing multiple contracts, branches, or cost centers.
• Flexible work-from-home options.
• Dayshift schedule from 0700 AM to 0400 PM PHT, with adjustments for daylight saving time.
• Monday to Friday workweek; weekends off.
