Attorney – Workers Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation defense cases independently from start to finish.

• Carefully examine claims files and medical records with a keen attention to detail.

• Prepare status reports, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

• Advocate for clients during hearings and support all aspects of motion practice.

• Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients and adjusters.

• Work in collaboration with the Managing Partner on litigation strategy and case progression.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from a recognized law school.

• Active Florida Bar License is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in Workers' Compensation defense.

• Excellent writing abilities coupled with remarkable attention to detail.

• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
