Attorney – Property Casualty/1st Party Property

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Contribute to a dynamic and expanding property casualty practice.

• Handle cases within state and federal courts.

• Guide and mentor team members.

• Manage the discovery process.

• Draft legal documents and prepare for trial proceedings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation.

• Proven experience managing cases in both state and federal courts.

• Experience in supervising and mentoring staff.

• Proficient in managing the discovery process.

• Skilled in taking and defending depositions.

• Capable of drafting petitions, complaints, motions, and briefs with minimal supervision.

• Experienced in trial preparation.

• Must hold admission to practice law in the State of California.
