This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for ATMs utilizing **XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript**.
• Offer **Level 3 ATM support**, identifying and resolving intricate software, hardware, network, and telecommunications challenges.
• Execute installations, configurations, and upgrades of ATM / ITM software.
• Develop, manage, and sustain ATM software images through **Python and PowerShell scripting**.
• Diagnose production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Assist in ATM-related project delivery initiatives, encompassing testing, deployments, and rollouts.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and vendors to enhance ATM functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Document solutions, configurations, and support protocols.
• Undertake other related responsibilities as assigned.
• **Fluent in English and Spanish (both spoken and written) – Required**.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with **telecommunications and networking protocols**.
• At least 2 years of experience with **SQL**.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with **Python or other scripting languages**.
• At least 1 year of experience with **PowerShell scripting**.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with **XML**.
• At least 2 years of experience with **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript**.
• Experience in supporting production systems in a technical or engineering setting.
• Familiarity with ATM or kiosk platforms (e.g., NCR, Hyosung, Diebold Nixdorf).
• Knowledge of Windows-based embedded systems.
• Experience in financial services or payments sectors.
• Exposure to release management, change control, or deployment processes.
