This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Administration: Performing fundamental administrative tasks related to Atlassian products (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence).

• Documentation: Creating and maintaining up-to-date documentation regarding processes and system functionality.

• Business Process Implementation: Carrying out tasks to implement business processes for internal and external clients within the Atlassian environment.

• System Integration: Setting up data exchange procedures between Atlassian products and other systems (CRM, ERP, HiBob, etc.).

• Technical Support: Performing basic software support tasks for the service infrastructure of Atlassian products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Work Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience.

• Product Knowledge: Understanding of the functionalities of Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).

• Administration Skills: Basic skills in administering Atlassian products.

• Task Level: Ability to perform simple tasks and willingness to handle intermediate-level cases.

• Business Analysis: Basic theoretical knowledge of business analysis and requirements management.

• Agile Documentation: Skills in describing requirements in Agile format: Epic, User Story, scenarios "Given-When-Then".

• English Language: B1 proficiency.

• Programming: Knowledge of the Groovy programming language and practical skills in working with it.

• Technology Stack: Basic knowledge of technologies in relevant areas.

• Databases: Basic knowledge and ability to work with databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL).

• API: Basic understanding and application of API and REST API principles.
